ICL provides assessment and certification services against the requirements of European TSIs, and resources from across its European and world-wide offices are brought in as required to meet client needs.

Additionally, ICL's enhanced independence and competence processes are also employed in other non-regulatory approvals. These include independent verification of engineering change and new-build rolling stock.
